Stirring Shaft, 10mm, Polished, 480mm OAL. A 10mm precision ground and polished stirrer shaft for use with PTFE bearings and CG-2091 and CG-2092 PTFE agitators. Flat ground section extends half way up shaft and permits positive seating of the PTFE locking screws.

Designed to be used with cylindrical type reactors. The straight glass blades are spaced 90° apart and angled 15°. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER SHAFTS ARE DESIGNED FOR COUNTER-CLOCKWISE ROTATION.

PLEASE NOTE: CG- CG-2097-100 IS MADE FROM HEAVY WALL TUBING AND HAS INDENTS FOR AGITATOR POSITIONING. INDENTS ARE SPACED EVERY 10¿ FROM THE BOTTOM AGITATOR.REPLACEMENT STIRRER SHAFTS ARE FOR USE WITH MECHANICAL SEAL STIR BEARING ON LISTED SUPPORT FRAME.

Agitator, PTFE, Four Blade, 4in Diameter, Fits 19mm Shaft Size, 45¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 19mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 and have 45¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. Locks onto shaft with a collet hub and nut and has a glass filled PTFE safety screw. PLEASE NOTE: ANGLED IMPELLARS DESIGNED TO STIR UPWARDS IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION ARE AVAILABLE. Stirring Shaft, 19mm, Polished, Chem-Stir, 3L-12L Flasks, 610mm OAL, Complete with PTFE Nut and Bolt. A 19mm OD precision ground and polished stirrer shaft with our patented Chem-Stir blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. For use with PTFE bearings such as the CG-2086. Polished shaft will not cause abrasion to the sealing surfaces of the PTFE bearing, thereby allowing a vacuum tight seal. Stirrer Bearing with side Hose Connection, PTFE, Complete, fits 10mm Shaft, 24/40 Inner Joint. PTFE stirrer bearing with a hose connection for vacuum or inert gas source on a single neck flask. Grease-free design has only glass and PTFE in contact with the reaction, and can be used under moderate vacuum applications. Bearing consists of a threaded glass adapter having the listed inner joint size, a saddle o-ring, a body bushing with a compression and locking nut, and a precision PTFE inner bearing. Saddle o-ring provides vacuum tight seal and is replaceable at a fraction of the cost of the entire bearing. Hose connection is 10mm at the largest serration. 10mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 5/16" Upper Female Coupling. The design of our Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/4¿ of offset misalignment and 45¿ of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 10mm (OD) stirrer shafts. Female Upper Coupling is 5/16". Overall length of the coupling is 4¿. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Chemglass Life Sciences 10mm Chem-Vac Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, 45/50 Joint Size
10mm Chem-Vac Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, 45/50 Joint Size. Chem-Vac PTFE stirrer bearing provides a VACUUM TIGHT FLAKE-FREE SEAL. Two versions of the bearing are available, the standard series for 2L and smaller vessel capacities and the stabilizer series that incorporates a PEEK/PTFE stabilizing bushing that is molded to the lower portion of the inner joint. The stabilizer greatly reduces stirrer shaft whip on larger vessels. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, Glass filled polypropylene screw cap, PEEK Compression spring, PEEK/PTFE sleeve and a glass filled polypropylene loosening nut. The polymer blend sleeve provides a long lasting seal for use up to 500 RPM. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. PLEASE NOTE: PTFE STIRRER SHAFTS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE WITH THIS BEARING.
